Returns & Refunds (U.S. Orders)
We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be unused and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. A $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the prepaid return label.

International Returns
We do not currently offer returns or exchanges for international orders (outside the U.S.). including Canadian Orders.Returns are accepted using at-rate shipping. Please reach us at contact@privatelabelnyc.com for return instructions and details.

- You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original brand-new condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- A $8 return label fee will be deducted from your refund to cover prepaid return shipping costs.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date we receive your return for processing.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once processed.
- Only items purchased directly from privatelabenyc.com are eligible for return. Online purchases cannot be returned in physical stores.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund or credit if an item does not meet our return policy requirements.
- We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
- All international orders and sale/final sale items are final and non-returnable.
