I really like this backpack! It’s incredibly functional, and I appreciate how I can pack my shoes separately from my clothes—makes traveling so much easier and keeps everything organized. One suggestion to make it even better: adding a strap on the back to slide over a rollaway handle would make it more convenient for navigating through the airport. That feature would take this bag from great to perfect for travel!

3 months to get my package and still haven’t received it…

I placed my preorder for 2 backpacks mid may, knowing it would be delivered early june. Even though it was a bit of a wait I was excited to get them for a trip I have planned beginning of august. However, a few days ago I got a notification from FedEx, who is shipping my package, that it wad not going to be delivered because the box was “empty” when it arrived at their facility. Confused, I contacted Private Label customer service, who gave me a runaround answer. They claimed the box wasn’t empty but could reship my order. Only problem is the same backpacks are on pre order AGAIN. They are not set to ship until end of July. Now I’m not sure if I can even use the backpacks for the intended purpose I even wanted them for. I understand if the package was missing or defective etc. But having to wait so long for this mistake just seems like poor customer service….
